All currently offered HMK cheeses are handcrafted from a base of soy yogurt (made on premises from organic soy milk), organic coconut oil, and tapioca flour.  This basic formula yields a cheese that is firm enough to slice and shred, and melts beautifully. They are dairy-free and gluten-free, although they are produced on equipment shared with wheat and tree nuts.

MIGHTY MOZZ

A versatile cheese, Mighty Mozz is in its element shredded on pizza, pasta, and hot sandwiches, as well as sliced cold with crackers. Like its dairy counterpart, it has a mild, understated flavor.

DILLY JACK

Dilly Jack is a meltable variety with a tangy dill flavor. It’s just as good in a grilled cheese as it is enjoyed with your favorite crackers.

SMOKY JACK

Like its friend, Dilly Jack, Smoky Jack is a meltable, flavorful cheese. As well as smoked flavors, Smoky Jack has a hint of tomato to add depth and a lovely color.
